It asks how you're actually doing before it suggests anything, and then it hands you one thing to do. Not a list of things. One.
Before it opens to everyone it goes to a small group of parents who will use it on an ordinary Tuesday and tell me what broke. That group is fifty St. Louis families, and then twenty-five more in each of the next nine cities. It is open now.
It costs nothing, and the asking part is about as small as I could make it.
